About the Role

The KG Teacher will design and deliver early childhood lessons, manage a dynamic classroom, assess student progress, and collaborate with staff to support diverse learners in a pre‑KG to Grade 10 international school setting.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop expertise in early childhood education
  • Design and implement lesson plans meeting state standards and school objectives
  • Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate interdisciplinary lessons
  • Provide direct and indirect instruction for diverse learning needs
  • Plan short- and long-term activities tailored to individual students
  • Prepare students for assessments and evaluate progress
  • Produce quarterly achievement reports for parents
  • Create an inviting, stimulating classroom environment that fosters curiosity and creativity
  • Practice effective positive classroom management strategies
  • Seek and incorporate feedback and coaching from leadership
  • Perform other duties assigned by the School Administration
