The Financial Accounting Manager will oversee all core accounting and reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight for senior management in a fast‑growing beer and beverage company.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year‑end closing processes across all financial systems
- Produce and consolidate comprehensive periodic financial statements using ERP
- Validate ledger accuracy and oversee trial balance reviews
- Analyze key financial data to provide high‑level reports for senior management
- Develop cost‑optimization strategies and forecast liquidity
- Maintain and evolve internal accounting controls
- Enforce compliance with accounting procedures and corporate contracts
- Direct, mentor, and evaluate the financial accounting team
