Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessments across branches and head office units
- Lead performance management cycle from target setting to annual appraisals
- Identify skill gaps using appraisal data and design targeted training interventions
- Design, develop, and facilitate high-impact training programs for microfinance staff
- Collaborate with department heads on career development plans and succession planning
- Coordinate induction and orientation for new employees
- Develop and maintain institutional training manual and SOPs
- Manage annual training budget and external partnerships
