About the Role

The Manager will oversee the Resource Mobilization & Customer Service Division, driving savings mobilization, staff development, branch performance, customer service standards, and compliance while leading initiatives to expand deposit participation and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, coordinate and supervise operational activities of the Resource Mobilization & Customer Service Division
  • Lead, guide and support staff with motivation, training and performance management
  • Maintain employee administration for productivity
  • Ensure compliance with annual plans and performance agreements
  • Prepare departmental plans, budgets and progress reports
  • Develop savings mobilization strategies and promotional mechanisms
  • Identify high-value depositors and encourage participation
  • Lead financial literacy programs
  • Provide technical support to branches on resource mobilization and operations
  • Enforce service delivery standards and customer service charters
  • Investigate and improve customer feedback processes
  • Address complaints and inquiries
  • Recommend staff training and orientation programs
  • Develop branch performance evaluation standards
  • Monitor and evaluate weekly/monthly branch performance
  • Conduct field visits for compliance verification
  • Propose new products and services
  • Develop operational guidelines for agent bank selection
  • Maintain risk management and internal controls
  • Communicate with government bodies, partners and stakeholders
