Responsibilities
- Supervise clerical activities within the Chief Executive Office
- Receive, register, and manage correspondence
- Submit letters and documents to relevant officers
- Maintain accurate and confidential organizational records
- Organize human resource and administrative files
- Schedule and coordinate office visitors and appointments
- Compile reports for the CEO
- Follow up on pending letters
- Coordinate travel and visit schedules
- Ensure proper filing and documentation systems
- Perform other duties as assigned
