About the Role

The Office Assistant supports the Chief Executive Office by managing correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and ensuring effective communication between departments while upholding confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise clerical activities within the Chief Executive Office
  • Receive, register, and manage correspondence
  • Submit letters and documents to relevant officers
  • Maintain accurate and confidential organizational records
  • Organize human resource and administrative files
  • Schedule and coordinate office visitors and appointments
  • Compile reports for the CEO
  • Follow up on pending letters
  • Coordinate travel and visit schedules
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned
