- Identify and address workforce challenges through proactive solutions
- Lead business unit‑specific HR and talent initiatives
- Build stakeholder relationships with leaders, managers, and employees
- Provide trusted HR guidance on people matters
- Champion employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion
- Drive talent management and succession planning processes
- Support performance management and employee development
- Act as a change agent to enhance organizational effectiveness
