About the Role

The Human Resource Business Partner collaborates with business leaders to align HR initiatives with Kavod Commercial’s strategic objectives, driving talent, performance, engagement, and transformation across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to drive HR agenda across employee lifecycle
  • Execute people strategies focused on talent, performance, engagement, culture and transformation
  • Identify and address workforce challenges proactively
  • Lead and manage unit-specific HR initiatives
  • Build stakeholder relationships with leaders, managers and employees
  • Provide trusted HR guidance on people matters
  • Champion employee engagement, diversity and inclusion
  • Drive talent management and succession planning
  • Support performance management and employee development
  • Act as change agent to enhance organizational effectiveness
