- Partner with business leaders to drive HR agenda across employee lifecycle
- Execute people strategies focused on talent, performance, engagement, culture and transformation
- Identify and address workforce challenges proactively
- Lead and manage unit-specific HR initiatives
- Build stakeholder relationships with leaders, managers and employees
- Provide trusted HR guidance on people matters
- Champion employee engagement, diversity and inclusion
- Drive talent management and succession planning
- Support performance management and employee development
- Act as change agent to enhance organizational effectiveness
