About the Role

Support day-to-day HR operations by managing recruitment, onboarding, records, compliance, and employee relations to enable smooth HR functions within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment logistics including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and offer communication
  • Own onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
  • Maintain accurate HR records in physical and digital formats
  • Draft employment letters, contracts, warnings, and policy documents
  • Track attendance, manage leave, and produce weekly/monthly HR reports
  • Serve as first point of contact for employee queries and support engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with legal and internal standards and identify process improvement opportunities
