Responsibilities
- Direct daily accounting operations and oversee month‑end and year‑end closes
- Manage inventory costing, variance analysis and intercompany reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, set KPIs and conduct performance reviews
- Coordinate audit preparation and ensure tax compliance
