About the Role

The Operations Manager directs manufacturing activities at Kality Foods S.C., ensuring efficient production, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while leading teams and managing resources.

Responsibilities

Lead day‑to‑day production operations and supervisory teams
Ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety guidelines
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Kaizen principles
Manage compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP)
Develop and monitor operational KPIs and preventive maintenance schedules
Coordinate new product development from pilot to full production
Plan workforce, shift scheduling, and training programs
Collaborate cross‑departmentally with Finance, Procurement, Quality, HR and Supply Chain
