About the Role

The Assistant Fleet Officer manages preventive maintenance schedules, ensures vehicle and driver compliance with safety regulations, monitors fleet performance using management software, oversees spare parts inventory, supervises drivers, and coordinates external service providers to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and track preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
  • Ensure vehicle compliance with local regulations and monitor driver logs
  • Track fuel consumption, mileage and operating costs using fleet management software
