The Area Sales Manager drives primary and secondary sales growth in Addis Ababa and surrounding territories by leading distributor teams, developing market strategies, analyzing performance data, and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee sales growth and revenue targets across assigned area
- Lead distributor teams, CSR, Van Sales and DSRs to maximize business performance
- Develop and execute area sales plans, quotas and market strategies
- Analyze sales performance reports and implement corrective actions
- Coach and develop sales staff, conduct performance reviews
- Identify new markets and customer opportunities
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety Management Systems and company policies
