Senior Accountant Supervisor

About the Role

The Senior Accountant Supervisor manages daily accounting functions, leads cost and inventory accounting, prepares financial reports under GAAP/IFRS, mentors staff, and ensures audit and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily accounting operations and oversee month‑end and year‑end closing activities
• Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation and variance analysis
• Prepare management accounts, balance sheets and cash flow statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS
• Lead and mentor junior staff, assign tasks and conduct performance reviews
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure tax compliance
