About the Role

Lead the financial planning and investment analysis for Ethiopia’s digital health interoperability highway, translating technical designs into a sustainable 5‑year rollout plan and a comprehensive 10‑year World Bank‑aligned investment case.

Responsibilities

Review and align interoperability blueprint with national strategies
Develop 5‑year phased costed rollout plan for Ethiopia’s health system tiers
Create 10‑year investment case using World Bank toolkit
Validate costs against local market rates
Present deliverables to Ministry of Health and funders
Revise based on feedback
Produce executive summary for high‑level advocacy
