About the Role

JSI seeks an experienced consultant to design, deliver, and evaluate a comprehensive soft‑skills program for its staff in Addis Ababa. The role involves curriculum development, facilitation of interactive sessions, and post‑training impact analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize soft‑skills curriculum
• Deliver interactive training sessions (in-person or virtual)
• Facilitate workshops and group activities
• Develop assessment tools and action plans
• Produce evaluation reports and recommendations
