The Programme Officer will lead the planning, implementation and management of IOM’s Migrant Return and Reintegration Programme in Ethiopia, ensuring effective coordination with partners, donors and internal teams to achieve protection and reintegration outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation of Migrant Return and Reintegration Programme
- Provide operational management and technical supervision to staff
- Build relationships with UN agencies, NGOs, government and community partners
- Develop new projects aligned with donor interests and emerging trends
- Prepare programme reports and donor updates
- Coordinate monitoring, evaluation and data collection
- Produce visibility and communications materials
- Mentor and train programme staff
- Travel nationally or internationally as required
