Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes following IRC SOPs
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents, conduct negotiations, and award contracts
- Maintain supplier files and performance scorecards
- Oversee fleet allocation, maintenance, and fuel management
- Ensure compliance with policies, audit requirements, and donor mandates
- Collaborate with program staff, operations, and finance teams
