Responsibilities
- Verify payment requests and supporting documents
- Ensure payments comply with grant agreements
- Perform three-way match in Integra ERP
- Monitor budgets via Power BI
- Manage cash operations and reconciliations
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements
- File and scan financial documents
- Train new staff on IRC financial policies
- Oversee cash analysis reports
- Maintain vehicle fuel logs
- Review bid analyses and authorize procurement
