About the Role

The Education Manager leads the delivery of the PM3.0 core package in selected schools, supports partners through training and technical guidance, coordinates with government and system actors, monitors program implementation, prepares reports, and engages in advocacy to improve education outcomes for crisis-affected communities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee delivery of PM3.0 core package in Woldia-North Wollo schools
  • Support partners with training, mentoring, and technical guidance
  • Coordinate with system actors and government officials for program implementation
  • Develop work, procurement, and spending plans
  • Conduct site monitoring visits and provide corrective measures
  • Prepare and review partner reports and deliver timely feedback
  • Manage partner staff capacity development and performance
  • Engage in cluster coordination meetings and advocacy activities
