Lead and supervise the implementation of the Play Matters education program in Woldiya, ensuring partner performance, monitoring, reporting, and capacity building to achieve educational outcomes for crisis‑affected communities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of PM3.0 core package to partner schools
- Support partners with training, mentoring and technical guidance
- Monitor progress, conduct site visits and manage budgets
- Prepare and submit timely reports to the CO and MEAL team
- Coordinate with regional government and stakeholders
- Ensure inclusive access for all learners
- Lead capacity building and performance management activities
