About the Role

Lead and supervise the implementation of the Play Matters education program in Woldiya, ensuring partner performance, monitoring, reporting, and capacity building to achieve educational outcomes for crisis‑affected communities.

Responsibilities

Oversee delivery of PM3.0 core package to partner schools
Support partners with training, mentoring and technical guidance
Monitor progress, conduct site visits and manage budgets
Prepare and submit timely reports to the CO and MEAL team
Coordinate with regional government and stakeholders
Ensure inclusive access for all learners
Lead capacity building and performance management activities
