The Education Manager leads the implementation of the PM3.0 core package across partner schools in Harar and Jigjiga, coordinating planning, monitoring, and reporting while ensuring inclusive access to education services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee PM3.0 core package delivery with partner organizations
- Plan, monitor, and report on education sector activities
- Support partners through training, mentoring, and technical guidance
- Coordinate with regional and government stakeholders
- Conduct site monitoring visits and manage reporting
- Engage in safeguarding and inclusive practices
- Represent IRC in cluster meetings
