The Health & Nutrition Officer will manage the delivery of health and nutrition services in targeted facilities, support project implementation, coordinate with various departments, supervise activities, and report on progress to ensure quality and adherence to national standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee quality implementation of health and nutrition services at targeted facilities
- Support specialist in delivering project interventions
- Provide technical support to health workers on PHC and nutrition services
- Coordinate with finance, logistics, HR and admin for project success
- Ensure activities follow work plan and budget within quality standards
- Facilitate training, workshops and meetings
- Serve as emergency resource person at field sites
- Supervise and monitor health and nutrition interventions
- Build collaboration with government stakeholders
- Prepare regular progress reports
