About the Role

The CBFRM Hotline Officer manages a confidential toll‑free hotline to collect community feedback, handle complaints, and coordinate referrals, ensuring accountability and safeguarding within IMC programs.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the toll‑free hotline following SOPs
  • Receive and respond to community inquiries with confidentiality
  • Register feedback in the CBFRM system and classify complaints
  • Coordinate referrals internally and externally
  • Maintain accurate data records and produce regular reports
  • Support community sensitization on hotline use
  • Collaborate with protection, monitoring and program teams
