Responsibilities
- Operate the toll‑free hotline following SOPs
- Receive and respond to community inquiries with confidentiality
- Register feedback in the CBFRM system and classify complaints
- Coordinate referrals internally and externally
- Maintain accurate data records and produce regular reports
- Support community sensitization on hotline use
- Collaborate with protection, monitoring and program teams
