About the Role

The Associate Program Officer leads the design, implementation, and monitoring of AGRA’s youth, gender, and enterprise development initiatives in Ethiopia, driving partnership building, policy advocacy, and job creation to empower young farmers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement youth, gender, and enterprise initiatives
• Provide strategic advice to country teams
• Build partnerships with stakeholders
• Monitor program performance and impact
• Support job creation and entrepreneurship for youth and women
• Conduct research and analysis on agricultural landscapes
