About the Role

The Associate Grants Officer will oversee the full lifecycle of grants in Ethiopia, ensuring financial integrity, donor compliance, and effective stakeholder collaboration to support AGRA’s agricultural transformation goals.

Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day grants operations for country office portfolio
Maintain grant tracking database and ensure accurate financial documentation
Conduct donor compliance checks and risk assessments
Support grantee training on grants & compliance
Coordinate reporting, payments and audit readiness
