The Cash & Market Specialist 3 is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating cash-transfer programmes in Ethiopia, managing data collection, financial forecasting, stakeholder engagement, and team supervision within the ICRC’s Economic Security Unit.
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, implement and monitor cash-transfer programmes
- Collect and analyse data for needs assessments
- Maintain beneficiary and payment databases
- Prepare financial forecasts and price monitoring reports
- Conduct response analysis of cash interventions
- Report on progress to supervisors and produce quarterly reports
- Provide training and coaching to field officers
- Manage staff performance and development
