About the Role

The Operation Manager oversees customer service operations at ICL, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing complaints, developing SOPs, monitoring KPIs, conducting audits, and supporting HR functions to maintain high-quality laboratory services.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, ISO requirements and statutory obligations
  • Manage customer complaints and support coordinators
  • Develop and implement SOPs, manuals and guidelines for customer service operations
  • Conduct monthly meetings with CSC supervisors to review KPIs and action plans
  • Compile and analyze reports from coordinators and operational teams
  • Perform routine audits of CSCs and recommend improvements
  • Monitor branch activities, petty cash usage and stock levels
  • Approve oracle item requisitions after investigation
  • Organize marketing activities and assess CSC performance
  • Assist HR in recruitment, training and performance management
