The Client Service Representative manages client relationships for a laboratory, ensuring timely sample handling, result delivery, billing support, and service promotion while maintaining accurate records and compliance with SOPs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for assigned clients and provide professional support
- Follow up on samples to ensure timely release of results
- Educate clients on sample collection per SOPs
- Provide information on pricing, test panels and services
- Assist with invoice settlement and payment inquiries
- Support online ordering system usage
- Register and monitor daily sales activities
- Monitor turnaround times and supply usage
- Resolve discrepancies and encourage payments
- Collect service payments for cashier
- Investigate and resolve client issues
- Conduct monthly visits and surveys
- Notify clients of balance replenishment
- Generate worklists from LIS
- Maintain accurate records in LIS
- Promote services to prospective clients
- Report findings and updates to management
- Communicate results via phone, email or fax
- Prepare activity reports
- Perform additional duties as assigned
