About the Role

The role involves supporting clinical laboratory clients by managing sample processes, invoicing, and service delivery while ensuring compliance with SOPs. The representative also promotes services, gathers client feedback, and maintains accurate records in LIS.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with sample collection and result delivery
  • Manage invoicing and payment collection
  • Use web ordering system for test orders and results retrieval
  • Monitor daily sales volume and test turnaround times
  • Maintain supplies and troubleshoot invoice issues
  • Conduct monthly client satisfaction surveys
  • Clear incomplete data in LIS
  • Promote ICL services to new and existing clients
  • Report updates to the Client Relations Manager
  • Perform additional tasks as directed
