Responsibilities
- Manage overall HR functions for the hotel
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labour law and hotel policies
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and employee relations activities
- Maintain HR systems and reports
- Promote a high level of customer service culture internally and externally
