About the Role

The Front Office Manager leads the front desk operations, ensuring excellent guest service, efficient staff management, accurate revenue tracking, and adherence to hotel policies in a 5‑star luxury hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise front office staff and coordinate front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas
  • Train and evaluate front office personnel
  • Schedule shifts and manage workload during shifts
  • Maintain accurate room status and revenue information
  • Prepare monthly reports, budgets, and forecasting
  • Handle cash, checks, and credit policies
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and house rules
  • Manage group reservations and guest requests
  • Oversee front office computer systems and report generation
  • Maintain filing system and documentation
