About the Role

The Finance Director will lead all financial functions of a 4‑star or 5‑star hotel, developing strategies, overseeing budgeting and reporting, ensuring compliance, and guiding senior management on financial decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop financial strategies to improve profitability
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, accounting and reporting
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Implement internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Manage cash flow, working capital and financial risk
  • Lead the budgeting process with department heads
  • Coordinate audits and resolve findings
  • Provide financial guidance to senior management
