The DIC Health Care Provider delivers comprehensive HIV prevention, testing, counseling, and related health services to key populations in Sululta, while managing program data, resources, and stakeholder partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and provide intensive SBCC including peer sessions
- Conduct local hotspot mapping and KPP identification
- Perform HIV risk screening and community-based testing
- Distribute condoms and promote safe sex practices
- Provide late-hour, holiday and weekend services
- Ensure quality of peer group discussions
- Organize outreach in hotspot areas
- Make referrals to health centers for ART, TB, GBV services
- Maintain DIC equipment and commodities
- Capture service data using DHIS2/MRIS
- Review and verify intervention data
- Collaborate with local stakeholders and partners
- Participate in community coordination platforms
- Document success stories and best practices
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports
