- Design and print 200 hard copies of the final baseline assessment report following approved specifications
- Prepare and submit pre‑production samples (cover + two interior pages) for approval
- Ensure all prints meet quality standards, free from defects
- Package printed copies securely to prevent damage during handling, storage, and transport
- Deliver copies to IPD or designated locations and obtain signed delivery receipts
- Maintain accurate delivery records and dissemination reports
