The role involves on‑site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of customer infrastructure, including structured cabling, fiber optics, and wireless deployments, while documenting work and coordinating with network operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite installation and replacement of equipment
• Handle rack, stack activities and structured cabling
• Support wireless access point deployment
• Conduct site surveys and preventive maintenance
• Provide emergency onsite technical interventions
• Document field activities and service reports
• Coordinate with the Network Operations team
