About the Role

The Technical Sales Manager leads the end‑to‑end sales cycle for ICT, networking, and cybersecurity solutions, crafting proposals, managing bids, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating cross‑functionally to drive revenue growth within a dynamic IT services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive technical sales by identifying customer needs and delivering tailored ICT, networking, and cybersecurity solutions
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including solution designs, compliance documents, BOQs, pricing, and tender submissions
  • Manage the complete bid and tender process from opportunity qualification through submission and client follow-up
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key technology vendors to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with sales, pre‑sales, technical, and marketing teams to develop competitive, customer-focused solutions
  • Conduct customer presentations, solution demonstrations, and technical consultations to support sales opportunities
  • Identify new business opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and achieve revenue targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction
