About the Role

Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist responsible for leading end-to-end QA activities, establishing testing standards, automating test processes, and ensuring software meets reliability, security, and performance requirements across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA strategies aligned with project goals
• Define QA standards, procedures, and best practices for software development projects
• Review requirements and designs to identify quality risks
• Prepare comprehensive test plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts
• Perform functional, integration, regression, usability, system, and acceptance testing
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using defect management tools
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks
• Support CI/CD quality practices and evaluate appropriate QA tools
• Conduct performance and security testing in collaboration with security teams
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship to junior QA engineers and testers
