About the Role

The Key Account Specialist manages strategic corporate partnerships within the transport-hailing business, focusing on onboarding clients, ensuring adoption of RIDE PLUS, maintaining relationships, driving account growth, and reporting performance.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned corporate accounts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and account reviews to understand client needs
  • Onboard newly acquired corporate partners and support platform adoption
  • Identify opportunities to increase account utilization and expand partnerships
  • Prepare periodic reports on account status, retention, growth opportunities, and key performance metrics
