Support RIDE’s internal and external communications by creating content, coordinating media outreach, managing event communication, and assisting in crisis response to shape the organization’s public voice.
Responsibilities
- Draft press releases, speeches, newsletters, web content, event briefs and social impact stories
- Prepare talking points, coordinate press outreach and manage interview logistics
- Support internal updates and announcements to teams, drivers and partners
- Assist in planning and documenting events including CSR activities and training programs
- Monitor public channels for emerging issues and aid in drafting crisis responses
- Collaborate with design team on communication materials such as banners, brochures and infographics
- Document milestones via photo/video and archive media assets
