The Branding Coordinator enhances brand visibility across all channels by coordinating campaigns, office and showroom branding, and stakeholder communication to strengthen awareness and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement branding and promotional activities to increase brand awareness
- Coordinate sticker, poster, and visibility campaigns for customer and driver engagement
- Plan, execute, and monitor branding initiatives across offices, showrooms, and partner locations
- Ensure all branding materials comply with company guidelines and standards
- Oversee office relocation branding activities and ensure new premises reflect the company's image
- Inspect offices and showrooms to maintain operational readiness and brand compliance
- Coordinate installation of signage, posters, stickers, and promotional materials
- Organize display and presentation of products, vehicles, and promotional items
- Collaborate with Property Administration, Marketing, and Operations teams for timely project execution
- Prepare implementation plans, budgets, and progress reports
- Communicate branding changes to stakeholders
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and corporate marketing activities
