The Project Coordinator will oversee all aspects of the Inclusive Dairy Development for Resilience project across Oromia and Addis Ababa, ensuring effective implementation, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination to empower women and youth through sustainable dairy livelihoods.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, implementation, monitoring and review of dairy project activities
- Coordinate technical support, training and mentorship for staff and stakeholders
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Oversee project monitoring, evaluation, data collection and analysis
- Manage project budget planning, utilization and financial reporting
- Coordinate procurement, logistics and resource management
- Represent the project in regional coordination meetings and sector platforms
