The MERL Officer/Expert will design, implement and strengthen the Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Learning system for the Inclusive Dairy Development for Resilience project, ensuring data quality, timely reporting and evidence-based decision-making across all project activities.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the MEL system for the project
- Lead data collection, verification, analysis and reporting
- Develop monitoring tools and databases
- Conduct field monitoring and supportive supervision
- Analyze findings and recommend improvements
- Document lessons learned and best practices
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Provide technical support and training to staff and partners
- Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure compliance with donor requirements
