The specialist will provide technical leadership to integrate gender equality, social inclusion, and safeguarding into the Inclusive Dairy Development for Resilience project, ensuring equitable participation of women, youth and vulnerable groups across the dairy value chain.
Responsibilities
- Lead gender‑inclusive programming across dairy value chain
- Design and facilitate training, mentoring and awareness sessions
- Coordinate with government offices, cooperatives and private sector actors
- Monitor and evaluate gender and social inclusion indicators
- Prepare reports, case studies and policy briefs
- Ensure safeguarding integration in all interventions
- Support community dialogue and behavioral change initiatives
