About the Role

The Dairy Systems Development Specialist/Expert will provide technical leadership to strengthen dairy production, service delivery, and market linkages in Oromia and Addis Ababa, working closely with government, cooperatives, and private sector partners.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and technical oversight of dairy system interventions across the value chain
Provide technical support for production, animal health, breeding and feeding systems
Strengthen market linkages and value chain coordination
Build capacity of government offices, cooperatives, and private sector actors
Design and deliver training, coaching, and mentoring programs
Support climate-smart practices and innovation adoption
