About the Role

The Dairy Enterprise & Market Development Specialist will provide technical leadership on dairy enterprise development, market systems strengthening, and value chain commercialization across Oromia and Addis Ababa, supporting women and youth economic empowerment and fostering inclusive dairy markets.

Responsibilities

Lead dairy enterprise and market systems strengthening interventions
Conduct value chain analyses and business opportunity assessments
Facilitate market access and partnership development
Design and deliver capacity building training for producers and cooperatives
Support policy dialogue and stakeholder coordination
Provide technical guidance to field staff
