About the Role

The Contract and Commercial Manager will lead the negotiation and execution of commercial contracts in a fast‑paced telecom environment, ensuring risk mitigation, compliance and strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, negotiate and execute commercial contracts throughout project lifecycle
  • Provide contractual guidance during bidding activities
  • Lead negotiations with customers to secure favorable terms
  • Serve as primary point of contact for contract inquiries
  • Partner with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal and Supply Chain teams
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks
  • Develop and deliver contract management training
  • Manage contract documentation and archiving
  • Drive historical contract closure initiatives
