Finance Director

About the Role

The Finance Director will provide strategic leadership and oversee the financial health of multiple companies within Daye Bensa Business Group, ensuring robust planning, reporting, risk management, and governance across subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies for the group
• Oversee long‑term financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Optimize capital structure and allocate investments
• Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Establish internal controls and policies across subsidiaries
• Lead audits and ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance
• Manage liquidity, currency, interest rate and credit risks
• Maintain banking relationships
• Analyze performance and recommend cost efficiencies
• Support M&A activities
• Provide financial insights for growth
• Lead and develop finance teams
• Plan corporate tax strategy
• Implement group‑wide ERP systems
