The role leads Human Resources, Administration, Property, and Facility Management functions across Horra Corporate Group, driving strategy, operational excellence, and governance while supporting business transformation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead HR strategy aligned with business goals
- Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
- Lead implementation of HR policies, procedures, systems, and frameworks
- Oversee organizational design, restructuring, and change management
- Manage administration policies and service standards across the group
- Ensure efficient delivery of administrative support services
- Develop property management strategies for owned and leased properties
- Oversee acquisition, leasing, renewal, and disposal of company properties
- Implement preventive maintenance and sustainability initiatives for facilities
- Provide strategic advice to executive leadership and manage departmental budgets
