The Business Support 1 role assists in designing, developing, and delivering eLearning solutions while ensuring compliance with ISO standards and supporting client needs assessments. The position focuses on instructional design, content creation, LMS integration, and technical support.
Responsibilities
- Support development and delivery of high‑quality eLearning solutions using ADDIE methodology
- Conduct client needs assessments and create design documents
- Develop training modules and ensure ISO compliance
- Standardize templates/content per ISO and ADDIE
- Research AI tools and share insights
- Deliver end‑to‑end ADDIE projects on time and within budget
- Maintain documentation in KMS
- Provide customer support for LMS users
