About the Role

Lead the management of a luxury residential development in Addis Ababa, overseeing operations, staff, facilities, and resident relations to ensure high‑quality service and smooth daily functioning.

Responsibilities

• Establish operational structure and management systems for the property
• Recruit, train, and supervise the property management team
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and service standards
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the residential complex
• Ensure resident satisfaction through hospitality‑standard service delivery
• Manage facility maintenance, security, cleaning, and support services
• Coordinate with residents, contractors, and service providers
